This policy explains how Astrokvantit Oy processes personal data on the public axtura.eu website in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Geltungsbereich dieser Richtlinie
This policy covers the public axtura.eu website, including contact and demonstration-request forms. It does not govern personal data processed in an Axtura installation operated by a customer; the relevant customer is responsible for providing information about that processing.
We do not intentionally collect special-category personal data through this website. Please do not include such information in an enquiry unless it is necessary.
3. Daten, Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen
- Anfragen und Demowünsche: name, email address, phone number, company, job title and message. We use these data to respond, arrange a demonstration and take steps requested before a contract. Legal basis: consent, Article 6(1)(a), and where applicable pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Website security and operation: technical logs such as IP address, browser and device information. We process these data to protect and operate the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
